- 50% discount for "Culture Day" on the last Wednesday of every month (additional discounts, such as group discounts, are not allowed).
- Free admission for pre-school children aged 6 and under and senior citizens aged 65 and older (ID required)
- Free admission for Persons of National Merit (spouse included), Surviving Family Members of a Person of National Merit (self only), and War Veterans (spouse included) (ID required)
- Free admission for Distinguished Military Service Familiy Member (self only) (ID required)
- For the admission of elementary, middle, and high school groups (school trip groups) and benefit recipient students from Gangneung school districts, a roster of student names must be submitted with the principal's seal
